QR Code SignUp: Seamless Access to Caremonitor App

Welcome to CareMonitor Patient App! Our QR Code Registration feature offers a swift and hassle-free way for new patients to signup on our platform. Please note that this method is exclusively for individuals who haven't previously signed up into the CareMonitor app.

If you haven't already downloaded the CareMonitor Patient App, you can download the app from here. For a detailed guide on downloading and installing the CareMonitor Patient Application, please refer to Getting Started with CareMonitor Mobile Application.

Step 1: Accessing QR Code SignUp

When you first open the CareMonitor Patient App, you will see the option to use the QR Code Login feature.
Tap on the "Login using QR Code" option to initiate the process.

Step 2: Obtaining the QR Code

To obtain the QR code needed for login, you will need to contact your General Practitioner (GP) or healthcare provider.
Your GP will provide you with a unique QR code that is associated with your patient file.

Step 3: Scanning the QR Code

Once you have obtained your QR code, position your device's camera to scan the QR code.
Ensure that the entire QR code is within the frame, and the camera can clearly capture it.
Once the QR code is successfully scanned, you will be prompted to generate a new password.

Step 4: Generating a New Password

Enter a secure password of your choice. Make sure to choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
Confirm the password by entering it again in the designated field.
After confirming the password, tap on the "Save" button to proceed

Step 5: Logging In

Upon successful password creation, you will be automatically logged into the CareMonitor Patient App.
You will then be redirected to the home screen, where you can access all the features and functionalities of the app.
