When troubleshooting any issues within the app, first make sure you are using the latest version of the CareMonitor app.
How to close apps on an Android phone
- Open Settings and tap Apps & notifications. On some Android devices, look for Apps, App Management, Application manager, or General > Apps.
- Tap See all apps and then locate the CareMonitor app.

3. Select the CareMonitor app and choose Force Stop.
4. Tap OK or Force Stop to confirm that you want to force quit the running app.
